Shipping policy

Shipping Policy

At Little Goose, we’re so excited to get your order on its way! Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. During new collection launches, sales, holidays, or other high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Shipping

Little Goose currently ships within the United States.

Shipping rates are $8 for orders under $150. Orders $150 or more ship for free. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow the carrier additional time for delivery once your package has been shipped. Little Goose is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

Little Goose is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered by the carrier but are missing, lost, or stolen after delivery.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier first.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, Little Goose is not responsible for additional shipping costs associated with reshipping the package.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make corrections before your order ships.

Pre-Orders

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, your order may ship together once all items are available unless requested otherwise! Any estimated pre-order shipping date will be noted on the product listing.
